An �eligible home care patient� is defined as a person for whom a home health care company, (a) provides skilled health care in a person�s home and (b) has received a written order issued by a licensed health care professional for the use of Ross product in a person�s home under his or her plan of care.

Prior to delivery of these products via our web site, the purchaser must produce verification that they meet these requirements, including confirmation that they, the patient, are participating in either a government assisted program, such as Medicare/Medicaid, or some other 3rd party reimbursement program, such as a HMO or insurance company.

If you do not meet the above requirements please call for our line of Ross retail products. Ross retail products should be ordered for any sale that does not meet the above requirements, such as a home delivery service, where there is no 3rd party reimbursement.
