About Classified Ads
All Users can browse through, search for and PLACE classified ads in the system.
A classified ad can have any of the following details:
* indicates that the information is searchable
- Photos - All classified ads can have any number of photos associated with them.
- * Ad Date Start and End - This feature allows you to setup ads that post in the future and/or a set period of time. This is especially useful for event ads.
- * Category - Choose from a list of categories or post your own unique category.
- * Headline
- * Price - Prices can be set in any currency and can also have descriptions such as per palette, take all, plus shipping, etc. You can also state whether the price is negotiable or not.
- * New or Used?
- Full Ad Description - The full description can include HTML markup language.
- * Will Trade For: - Looking to trade vs. buying or selling? You can do that too.
- * Keywords - Keywords are hidden terms that can be searched on. You can use this to increase the chances of your ad being viewed.
- Condition of Item - They are going to ask you eventually, so you may as well tell the up front!
- Warranty Information (if relevant)
- URL to More Information - You can link to another website to give the users even more information if you need to.
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- Contact Email
- Additional Contact Information - This is a field where you can place such things as "Call me after 5PM.".
- Location of Item, Event, Opportunity, etc.
- Address

- * Zip

- * Country
- Event-Specific Information
- Event Name
